Globel Commodities Limited (GC), founded in 2014 and head office in United Kingdom, is one of the leading african oil and other related products supplier in the UK and Eurpoe. GC is ranked as one of the most credible supplier to top distributors in the UK and EU.

At the core of GC’s strategy is an integrated Food model that encompasses the entire value chain of the food commodity business, from procurement,  processing, branding, merchandising and distribution of a wide range of edible food and industrial products. The Group’s business activities include red palm oil, smoke fish, rice, spices, and refining, manufacturing of consumer products, ready-to-eat meals. GC is able to extract margins at every step of the value chain, thereby reaping operational synergies and cost efficiencies.

Muhammad Faisal Hamid

Managing Director

Faisal is a successful businessman based out of Milton Keynes, UK with an extensive career and experience in Globel Trade, Finance, Manufac- turing and Distribution.
He started his professional career with CitiBank, Dubai UAE in 1996 and over the 7 years at the bank he built up a strong financial and client port- folio and was awarded several accolades including a Gold Medal in recognition of his performance.

In 2004, Faisal joined IFFCO Middle East as Senior Manager – GCC Markets and was later promoted to Head of Gulf and CIS Markets.
In 2010, Faisal was one of the founding members of Innomart, a multi-billion AED Commodity House based out of Dubai and later also joined the board of Dharti Commodities, Dubai.

Faisal single handedly set up Globel Commodities, UK in 2014 which has become a major player in the manufacturing and import of edible Palm Oil based products from Malaysia and their marketing and distribu- tion across UK, EU and USA. Faisal continues to be an innovative player in the Globel trade market and in 2021 achieved a milestone to enter in to exclusive JV agreement with Atas Globel Fisheries, Malaysia and SM Oil Industries SDN BHD, Malaysia. He is  now distributing his products world- wide.

In addition to his extensive experience in Banking, Finance, Manufacturing and Sales, Faisal is also an Angel Investor in an Information Technology firm and is working to expand his operations across UK, EU, USA and Asia.

Globel Commodities Limited started started its operations in the United Kingdom in 2014. Mr. Faisal Hamid owns 100% of the Globel Coomodities equity. Businesses at the inception were in the trading of Palm Oil, rice and other agri commodities. From these beginnings, the Globel Commodities has since grown to become one of UK’s most dynamic multinational partner for the buyers in the United Kingdom. Globel Commodities today has expanded its portfolio and now entered into exclusive tie up’s with Multi National Manufacturers for dried smoke fish, Palm Oil, Plastic and Packaging, Spices, rice and garments.

Atas Globel Fisheries SDN.BHD, an state of the art factory in Kuchin, Malaysia. AGF is high tech modern factory with most qualified and skill staff. The factory is located ideally to run effectively its end to end operations.

AGF holds highest grade of quality assurance and hence, is an ISO 22000, HACCAP, GMP and other approved production plant. AGF is a EU certified fish factory. Globel Commodities and AGF are in exclusive tie up for the sales and distribution of the extensive variety of the products across the world.

SM Oil Industries SDN.BHD

SM Oil Industries is a well established edible oil factory situated in Kuching, Malaysia. The factory was established in the year 2015 and in operations of producing high quality edible oil. The Factory is certified by multiple authorities making it one of the state of the art factory. HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, Halal certified along with Quality certification from the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
